For those who also like to plan, this is best for couples that want to plan their own wedding with more support. You also want consistent advice as you approach your wedding weekend and help finding smaller vendors. In the months prior to your wedding, we will meet to start coordinating your wedding details, and discuss your overall expectations for the execution of your big day.

Recently got engaged and not sure where to start? This is ideal for the couple looking for the highest level of attention and involvement from start to finish! We begin by talking through your vision for your wedding, creating a detailed budget and curating an ideal team of vendors on your behalf. Then we dive into all the fun design details and day-of logistics. Full service planning includes help with everything you could imagine you’d need.

Add Ons
Travel Fee: Custom pricing based on Location, Distance and Services
Additional Time: $50 per hour
For extra hours on site or for extra planning meetings
Additional Assistant: $50 per hour
Some events may need additional staffing due to the nature of the venue and guest count
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: $500
Location selection assistance, organizing & decorating so it’s ready for you and your loved ones to enjoy

Coordination
Starting at $2,000
Pre-Wedding:
- Two pre-wedding meetings: (Initial welcome call & Final details call)
- Confirm arrival/departure times, misc details and distribute timeline to vendors
- Develop detailed day of timeline and ceremony order
- Final walkthrough meeting 30 minutes prior to rehearsal to review any final adjustments and details
- Coordination of 1 hour of rehearsal time prior to event date at selected venue (based on venue availability)
The Wedding Day:
- Up to 10 Hours on-site coordination
- Set-up and tear-down of decor and personal items (Gifts/cards, guestbook table, favors, escort cards, cake table, memory table, photos, decorative signs and candles throughout the venue, etc.
- Pinning of boutonnieres, bouquets and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
- Coordinating and assisting with set up of ceremony and reception
- Point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting wedding party and guests as needed
- Directing the wedding party and family for ceremony order and photographs
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Packing up personal car at end of night (cards/gifts, cake, leftover food to-go
