Where are you located and what cities do you serve?

I serve Central Oregon, the Willamette Valley and beyond. I live in Bend but also travel to the Willamette Valley on a monthly basis. I always love the opportunity to travel and work with new venues and other vendors in other areas as well! I have planned and coordinated events in multiple states! How big is your team?

Currently, I am a one-woman show. However, I include an assistant as outlined in certain packages, and I will provide a bigger team as needed at an additional cost.

How many weddings a year do you take on?

It really depends on the size and scope of events. Most often, I do not do more than 2-3 weddings per month, at most.

What’s your favorite part of Wedding days?

The first time a couple sees each other. Whether that’s during an intimate first look or from the end of the aisle at the ceremony- nothing beats those emotions.

How do I reserve my date?

After our consultation, I will send a booking file that includes a contract and retainer request. Your date is officially held once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid. All dates are first-come, first-serve.

Do I still need a planner if my venue has a coordinator?

Yes! Venue Coordinators are employed by a venue to take care of details surrounding the space such as tables, chairs, lights, etc. Wedding Planners (or coordinators) are hired by you, the bride and groom, and take care of YOU.

What is the main difference between Partial and Full Service?

Partial Planning is perfect for couples just a few months out from their wedding who have already secured some of their larger vendors like the venue, caterer and rentals. The Full Service Package is intended to support for a longer time period and offer support in all aspects of wedding planning including venue selection, vendor research and booking, overall design and more.
