We cannot say enough good things about our experience! From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every single way. Her communication was consistent, clear, and reassuring. She didn’t just “handle logistics,” she heard us. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us, and then fought to protect those things every step of the way.
She coordinated every detail seamlessly, handled the behind-the-scenes chaos so we didn’t have to, and honestly made it so we were hands off which was exactly what we wanted. We really just “showed up” and just got to experience the day. Every vendor loved working with her, and so did we. It felt like we had a guardian angel who was three steps ahead of every problem before we even knew it existed. I’m certain if you want to be more involved she would be just as amazing as I know she works WITH you through the entire process
She was patient with us when the times came for decisions, and in the areas we struggled. When certain problems presented themselves (as all weddings do) and I didn’t like the solutions- Arianna made the impossible possible.

I’m not sure there are enough words to describe just how much I adore and recommend Aubin.
She was an absolute saint throughout every part of the wedding planning process. She answered every call and text immediately, whether I reached out at 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. She was a true champion and cheerleader for my fiancé (now husband) and me as we navigated the craziness of wedding planning. She was the rock during my wedding week when every weather app showed rain.
I know without a doubt that my wedding would not have been nearly as special or seamless without her guidance, expertise, and killer timeline. She made everything feel manageable and I enjoyed everyone moment of my wedding day. Lots of people say weddings go by too fast. Not mine. It was so intentional and no part felt rushed.
When I was on the fence about hiring another vendor, she sent me a list of recommendations. When I was unsure how much to spend on alcohol, she did research and got back to me. When I wanted to pivot with the ceremony and have my bridal party sit, she put together options of how we could do it. When I forgot to design and plan a sweetheart table, she surprised me with the most beautiful sweetheart table of all time!! I mean it when I say SHE IS AMAZING!
She even saved the day by fixing my bustle in the final hour before my first dance (thank you).
Everyone in my family and friend group also absolutely loved her, and I couldn’t stop hearing about how wonderful she was even after the wedding was over. In fact, my younger brother and his fiancée love her so much that they hired Aubin for their wedding next June, which I think says it all!
If you’re looking for the best and want someone who is genuinely invested in making your day special…she is your girl.

From the very first conversation, Arianna took the time to truly understand our vision and our budget, and she guided us every step of the way with honest, thoughtful advice about what would work and what wouldn't. She had this incredible ability to keep us grounded in what actually mattered to us, and never once let us lose sight of it.
Something that stood out from day one and throughout the entire planning process was how many amazingly strong relationships Ariana has with vendors. There were several vendors I was set on wanting to work with, and because she already had those connections, booking them was effortless and fast. From the planning process all the way through the final moments of our wedding night, Arianna was absolutely incredible. We had a large wedding with over 200 guests and a TON of moving pieces, and somehow she made everything come together exactly how we envisioned it.
Arianna is organized, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. On our wedding day, she was everywhere she needed to be without us ever feeling like we had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. Every detail was handled, the timeline stayed on track, and when something needed to happen, Arianna was already two steps ahead.
Because of her, my wife and I were able to actually be present, enjoy our wedding, and take in one of the biggest days of our lives instead of worrying about logistics.
